"We arrived at 2:30pm the day of our reservations. We were told because they had a full house the night before that we should get our room around 4:00pm. The lady helping us said she would pre-register us so all we needed to do was come in and ask for our key. We came back at 4:15pm, waited for 30 minutes in line, only to be told that they couldn't find my pre-registered card with my visa attached and that the room that we had reserved over a month ago were all taken. We had ordered a King with a Kitchenette plus a roll away bed and ended up with the Executive Suite which was not adequate for anything!!!!!! There were 3 adults in a King size bed. TOTALLY UNEXCEPTABLE!!!!!!! When we went to check out, they lost my ticket to check out and also charged us MORE MONEY until I reminded them that they gave our room away and there was no where for us to stay except the executive suite. They have this scoccer tourniment every year and you would think that they would be better prepared to accommodate!!!! After the kind of accommodations that we had to accept, I will NEVER book there again!!!!!!!!!!"

"Fan in room was so noisy that you couldn't stand to turn on. Therefore, it was stuffy and hot in the room. People were running up and down the hall all night slamming doors and talking loud. Someone in the next room had the clock alarm beeping til 2 am. The room was smelly. Won't stay there again."

"The only downfall was that someone from our group got their car broken into in your parking lot during our weekend stay. I understand that that can happen but it put a small damper on things. Other than that everything was great."

"This Red Lion is a little run down and tired, ready for a facelift. The rate I received through Freehotelsearch made it worthwhile and not dissappointing. Good staff and service."
